Double Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup Butter

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup White Sugar

1 Egg

1 tsp. Vanilla

21/2 cup Flour

1/3 cup Cocoa Powder (light or dark)

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

2 cups Zucchini

1 bag of Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet or dark)

Beat first five ingredients til creamy. In separate bowl combine next six ingredients. Add zucchini and stir then add flour mix and stir til combined and last the chocolates. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes depending on size.

They are cake like and very tasty. Enjoy!!!
